Emanuelle Hoogstijns

Emanuelle Hoogstijns (°1995) obtained her Master of Laws degree in June 2019 at the KU Leuven with a specialization in civil law and social law. As part of an Erasmus exchange program, she studied a semester at the Université de Rennes 1 in France. During her studies she was particularly interested in family property law, therefore she completed a Master’s degree in Notarial Law cum laude in June 2020 at the VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel).

After her studies, Emanuelle was submitted to the Antwerp Bar and joined Du Mongh lawyers.

Emanuelle focuses mainly on civil proceedings in family law, family property law and inheritance law in the broadest meaning of the word. She handles cases in both Dutch and French.

Emanuelle is also affiliated to Catholic University of Leuven as a teaching assistant for the discipline of family and family property law.
